Every ticket changes hands at face value or less. We hold the buyer's money until the name change is done, then pay the seller within 24 hours.

How it works
If you're buying
- Tap I want this ticket on the one you want. A short form opens with the ticket number already filled in.
- We WhatsApp you a payment link for the listed price. The ticket is held for you for 2 hours (1 hour if the race is under 48 hours away).
- Once paid, we send you the HYROX transfer link. You enter your own details on the HYROX page, so we never see your date of birth, address or emergency contact.
- Confirm your new ticket email has arrived. We pay the seller.
If you're selling
- Fill in the seller form with your ticket details, your personalisation link and two screenshots.
- We check it and list it. Your link is never shown publicly.
- When someone buys, we hold their payment while they complete the name change.
- Once the buyer confirms, you're paid your price minus £10 within 24 hours, to a bank account in the original purchaser's name.
Before you buy
Only tickets with Lite Flex or Flex can have the name changed. Tickets with neither can't be transferred at all.
There is one name change per ticket and it can't be undone, so check your details before you submit them.
Name changes close at 7:59am event time the day before race day. We stop listing tickets 12 hours before that.
The new athlete must be the same gender and division as the original.
If the transfer can't be completed, you get a full refund.
